Dr. Richard H. Niemeyer has been practicing medicine in Lancaster county for the past 35 years. He first began seeing patients with his father-in law, Dr. Harold E. Stauffer at a home clinic next door, before moving the practice to its current location.

Dr. Niemeyer specializes in all aspects of family medicine including routine health care, physicals and minor office surgery. Dr. Niemeyer also specializes in overseas, tropical and preventive medicine and has traveled extensively around the world helping rural clinics and hospitals.

Dr. Niemeyer received his medical degree from Jefferson University and his Masters of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore Md. He has worked extensively in Haiti, Rwanda, Uganda, The Congo, Romania, Russia. He is the president of Youth Outreach International, a 501c3 charitable organization dedicated to meeting the medical and spiritual needs of individuals in developing countries.
